Spring and conscious self care

As the last week of February sees the weather get milder and the daffodils and snowdrops begin to scatter their bright colours across London, I am thinking about how to take care of myself as well as get things done as we go into Spring.

I am someone who normally does too much then crashes but, now, as I approach 43, I have finally learnt to build rest and relaxation into every day and not just when I am about to drop down from tiredness. I can do this because I see how it feeds my creativity and enables me to be more responsive in all of my relationships. It is wonderful to see that looking after myself feeds positively into everything I do. So, please do remember to feed and nurture the soil of your self so that your life can blossom and thrive… 🙂
